New Construction
We are prepared to assist you in getting the knowledge you require and the quality you desire if you are thinking of building a new house in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area. When purchasing a new house in Myrtle Beach, you need to have a buyer's agent represent you to safeguard your investment! We are new construction experts and can act as your buyer's representative during the construction process. Building the home of your desires will be a simple, hassle-free, and enjoyable experience thanks to our real estate and new home construction knowledge! 
Using a Realtor to represent you for new construction homes is pivotal in having added protection to your investment. Typically the builder compensates the realtor and this payment has no bearing on the final home price. The salespeople that work at the onsite model homes represent and work on behalf of the builder. That is why it’s important that you have an agent to represent your interests.
BEFORE VISITING A BUILDER'S MODEL HOME, CALL ME! I WILL BOOK A TOUR FOR YOU OF THEIR MODEL AND ATTEND WITH YOU. THIS WAY I CAN REPRESENT YOU!
As your new construction agent, I look out for your interests throughout the entire process, from looking for builders and choosing a floor plan to assisting you during the entire construction process, inspections, and making sure you get your dream home. Many agents only appear for the first meeting with home builders during the home building process. I'll be with you every step of the way through inspections, walkthroughs and all the way to closing!
The majority of home builders have a policy stating that if you visit their model without a Realtor, you are their customer and cannot be represented by your own realtor. If you disclose to the salesperson that you are working with an agent up front, the majority of builders will respect your connection with your Realtor. When you give your name to the builder representative, give them my name too.
If you’re thinking about new construction, give me a call and I can make an appointment to tour the community along with you. Whether or not you have Realtor representation, home builders do not offer you any discounts or price variations. As your agent we can work together to take advantage of any incentives or specials the builder might be offering at that time.
