Carolina Forest Homes
Myrtle Beach, SC
Carolina Forest is a 25 square mile master planned community in the unincorporated part of Horry County. Located north of 501 and east of the Intracoastal Waterway, it is home to more than 35,000 residents.
You’ll find a multitude of homes, condos and businesses throughout. Along International Drive you'll find Lewis Ocean Bay Heritage Preserve which is just over 10,000 acres of nature preserves. Carolina Forest’s history also dates back to being a part of the Conway Bombing and Gunnery Range that was used during World War II. In the late 1990’s the area transitioned into a residential area with building of the Carolina Forest Schools.
Over the next two decades it became home to over fifty different residential communities with some home still being built. While the Carolina Forest area is forever popular many large neighborhoods such as Berkshire Forest, Waterway Palms Plantation and The Farm are popular among many. There’s no doubt that Carolina Forest is one of the fastest growing communities in the area.
